Owner, pastry chef and college instructor Judy Parks has owned Tarts & Truffles in Sacramento, CA for over 27 years.  During that time the bakery has produced gourmet European and American styled wedding cakes, birthday cakes and every imaginable cookie and pastry for retail and wholesale clients.

For the past 16 years she has been teaching college level baking and culinary arts classes.
